Apostle Brenda M. Williams was born and raised in Fountain Inn, South Carolina and serves as the Co-founder and Pastor of New Life Deliverance Temple Church. She is the daughter of the late Rufus and Carrie Davenport. Apostle Williams is the wife of Bishop Mark A. Williams and they have two children. 

Apostle Williams received her calling at a young age while stationed with her husband at Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany. Whiling PCSing to Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico, she was licensed to preach the gospel. While already a minister upon arrival at Cannon Air Force Base, Apostle Williams and her family joined the Gospel Service on base, under the leadership of then Chaplain and Mrs. Levi Braswell. When the Braswells received an assignment, she became Pastor and her husband assisted as the Co-Paster of the Gospel Service. Thereafter, the Williams received an assignment to RAF Lakenheath, England and Pastor Williams became the Co-Pastor while her husband became the Pastor of the Gospel service. Upon leaving England, they were assigned to Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, Florida. Together they founded New Life in 1995. Since then, several other churches have been birthed out of their ministry.

In January 2008, Pastor Brenda M. Williams became Apostle as she surrendered to the call and mandate that God placed on her life. Apostle Brenda Williams has been preaching and pastoring for more than two decades. 

She has written three books, "The Consequences of Entertaining Satan Lies", "Don't Eat the King's Meat: How to Lose Weight and Keep It Off" and "Spirit of Excellence". She is dedicated to the service of God and has a passion for God's people. Look for more books from Apostle Williams in the future.
